ANA Traveler’s Online Tours
Sake Brewery Series Extra Edition ~ The Challenge of Making Sake in Hawaii ~

ANA X Inc. (Representative Director and President: Shinichi Inoue, headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) today at 16:00 commenced sales of ANA Traveler’s Online Tours: Sake Brewery Series Extra Edition ~ The Challenge of Making Sake in Hawaii ~.
This time we introduce Islander Sake Brewery run by Ms. Chiaki Takahashi, a brewing researcher who has restarted sake brewing in Hawaii for the first time in 33 years. We will send out a live broadcast from Hawaii about what inspired Ms. Takahashi to start sake-making in Hawaii and the reputation of sake in Hawaii, etc. and the broadcast will also feature an inspection tour of the actual manufacturing process.
Furthermore, we will present the latest situation in Hawaii, which is getting back its normal daily life, and introduce the Kakaako district in which the brewery is located.
On the day, a lottery in which three people will win sake from Islander Sake Brewery and a question-and-answer session utilizing Zoom’s Q&A function is provided, so by all means please enjoy communication with the local people in Hawaii.

For this tour we have provided three plans: the “Viewing-only plan” and in addition the “Plan including Hawaiian souvenirs” and the “Plan including Hawaiian souvenirs + a model plane.”
For the Hawaiian souvenirs we provide the ANA Traveler’s Hawaii Original Eco Bag and popular Big Island Candies Shortbread, which can only be obtained in Hawaii. The model plane is an A380 FLYING HONU model plane (1/200 scale) with a cute sea turtle fuselage which we send to your home in advance. (Note 1)

Furthermore, in the current situation it is difficult to make a trip to Hawaii, but how about getting a feel for Hawaii while getting energized by Ms. Takahashi as she takes on the challenge of sake-making in Hawaii?
