ANA Traveler’s Safeguarding of Peace of Mind: Extension of the covered period and expansion of the covered products!
~ Enhancing services for participating in travel with peace of mind in the COVID-19 era ~

ANA X Inc. (Representative Director and President: Shinichi Inoue, headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) is currently providing the ANA Traveler’s Peace of Mind Promise (Note 1), and the PCR Test Optional Plan (Note 2) as a service before travel, as initiatives to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections.

Recently, as the COVID-19 pandemic has continued, we have enhanced the services through the ANA Traveler’s Safeguarding of Peace of Mind that we have been implementing since September 2020, in order to ensure that our customers can enjoy their travel with more peace of mind and wholeheartedly.

Specifically, we are providing the Emergency Medical Consultation Desk which can be used during the travel period and for three days before and after the travel period, and the Consolation Money Service for Customers Infected with COVID-19, and we have extended the covered period up to departures on June 30, 2022 (Thursday). In addition, we have expanded the covered products to ANA Traveler’s domestic travel products, including ANA Traveler’s Hotels, ANA Traveler’s Rental Cars, and Play and Experiences.

Nurses are stationed on the desk 24 hours a day to offer emergency medical consultations and provide guidance regarding medical institutions)
(ii) Consolation Money Service for Customers Infected with COVID-19 (Note 4)
(A payment of 20,000 yen in the case that the customer is infected during their travel or within 14 days after their travel)
