Board Member Structure as of April 1, 2022

ANA X Inc. hereby announces that it has passed resolutions on the appointment of the President and CEO and the full-time Executive Vice Presidents, full-time Senior Vice Presidents, and full-time Auditor from April 1 in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and extraordinary board meeting held on March 3 (Thursday).
