ANA X Inc. (President and CEO: Shinichi Inoue, headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will commence from March 29, 2022 (Tuesday) the provision of a new service, ANA Research, for ANA Mileage Club members, which enables users to collect points which can be exchanged for miles just by answering questionnaires.

ANA X has been rolling out services and products utilizing the strengths of the ANA Group, based on the concept of a Mileage-based Ecosystem which enables users to collect and use ANA miles in their ordinary lives, not only in out-of-the-ordinary settings such as air travel and trips.

This time, in the third phase of implementation of the Mileage-based Ecosystem,^*2 we will commence a digital marketing research business for ANA Mileage Club (hereinafter “AMC”) members.

This business is a service which enables users to collect miles in a fun and effortless way in their daily lives. Users collect points which can be exchanged for miles just by registering as a monitor member and answering questionnaires sent to their computer or smartphone. Users can apply to exchange their collected points for miles after they have collected 20 points, solving the worry of customers that “if only I had a few more miles, I would have enough to be able to exchange them for free gift flight tickets…”

• AMC members registered as research monitor members gain questionnaire points every time they answer a questionnaire.
• The questionnaire points can be exchanged 20 points at a time for eight ANA miles.
• The special features of this service include the fact that even a small quantity of questionnaire points can be exchanged for miles, and also the good-value points to miles exchange rate, etc.
