• Starting from Thursday, August 1, ANA X “TOCHI-DOCHI – a place for enjoying local charms of Japan” will feature popular souvenirs and local products from Sanyo-Onoda City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
• A Clam Soup Tasting Event featuring Drive-In Michishio’s famous clam soup popular among locals and tourists will be held on Saturday August 3. Extra-sweet and flavorful mini-tomatoes grown in the balmy climate at Goro no Hatake (Goro’s Field) will also be sold.

・Cemendaru
　Celebrating Sanyo-Onoda’s roots as a cement factory town as a delicious treat, these Reproduction Cemendaru “cement tub” anko treats have been reborn under the supervision of  Toshiyasu Kobata, called the “God of Anko.” Enjoy the sweet, gentle flavor of the anko, which leaves a pleasant hint of its red beans, made from carefully selected ingredients.
　・Michishio Clam Soup
　A beloved local product with a history of over 50 years, enjoy broth made from kombu and bonito flakes and an astounding bounty of Manila clams finished with a prized in-house miso recipe.
　・Kawara Soba
　Kawara Soba, or “roof tile soba” is a cherished local recipe in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The four-pack set of semi-raw soba noodles richly made with Japanese flour and matcha tea powder, paired with a special broth, makes the perfect souvenir.
