• On the occasion of the 1st anniversary of ANA Pocket, we will implement three updates returning appealing free gifts to all of our users which are centered on miles even more than previously.
  (i) We have newly established Petit Mile Gotcha under which Pocket members^*1 can exchange points collected through transportation for at least 1 mile
  (ii) We have newly established Pro Mile Gotcha under which Pocket Pro members can exchange points collected through transportation for at least 7 miles
  (iii) We have added to the Pocket Gotcha free gifts an ANA Pocket Lottery Ticket which can be used to enter a lottery to win pairs of ANA domestic route air tickets, etc.

The mobile app service ANA Pocket, which is provided by ANA X Inc. (President and CEO: Kazuhiro Todoroki, Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and enables users to collect points and miles by not only taking air transportation but also walking and taking any transportation such as a train, bicycle or car, has celebrated its 1st anniversary since commencement of the service on December 20, 2022.

■ Status of use of the service to date
Over the one year since the ANA Pocket service commenced, the number of daily active users who use the app every day has exceeded approximately 120,000 users, users have participated in the Transportation Challenges, which can be enjoyed like a computer game, approximately 35 million times, the number of miles gained by exchanging points collected through transportation has exceeded approximately 76 million miles, and the number of free gift exchanges has exceeded approximately 51 million times.

I feel very honored that many users have used this app service over the course of this one year, as an app service which utilizes transportation data, location information, and AI to closely support the ordinary lives of its customers, enrich their daily living and human lives through transportation, and provide opportunities for regional revitalization and behavioral changes to eco-transportation.

On the occasion of the 1st anniversary of ANA Pocket, with a feeling of gratitude to all of our users, we will implement three updates to ANA Pocket based on feedback we have received from our customers.

■ Content of the updates for the 1st Anniversary of ANA Pocket
(i) We have newly established Petit Mile Gotcha under which Pocket members can exchange points collected through transportation for at least 1 mile

From January 18, 2023, Pocket members (ANA Mileage Club members can register to be Pocket members for free) will become able to use Petit Mile Gotcha under which they can exchange points collected through transportation for at least 1 mile.

(ii) We have newly established Pro Mile Gotcha under which Pocket Pro members can exchange points collected through transportation for at least 7 miles

From January 18, 2023, Pocket Pro members, who are paying members, will become able to use Pro Mile Gotcha under which they can exchange points collected through transportation for at least 7 miles.

* As a consequence of the new establishment of Petit Mile Gotcha and Pro Mile Gotcha, Mile Gotcha and SKY Coin Gotcha will end on January 18, 2023.

(iii) We have added to the Pocket Gotcha free gifts an ANA Pocket Lottery Ticket which can be used to enter a lottery to win pairs of ANA domestic route air tickets, etc.

From December 21, 2022, Pocket Gotcha, which can be used with points collected through transportation, will be renewed, and an ANA Pocket Lottery Ticket will be added as a new free gift. It will be possible to use the ANA Pocket Lottery Ticket to enter a lottery which is held weekly or fortnightly and in which pairs of ANA domestic route air tickets, etc. can be won. The winners are notified in a timely manner through the app on the day after the entry deadline. Furthermore, in commemoration of the 1st anniversary of ANA Pocket, from December 21, 2022 to January 4, 2023 we will implement a lottery under which “pairs of ANA domestic route premium class air tickets can be won anywhere.”

In order to ensure that ANA Pocket will be used by even more people going forward, we will aim for an app service which can discover value socially as well, while listening carefully to feedback from the customers who use the service.

*1 ANA Mileage Club members are members who can register for free. Pocket Lite members are not eligible at this stage.

■ ANA Pocket has three types of member categories.
(i) Pocket Lite members: ANA Mileage Club non-members (free members)
(ii) Pocket members: ANA Mileage Club members (free members)
(iii) Pocket Pro members: ANA Mileage Club members (paying members who pay 550 yen per month)
