MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO

ANA X is a platform business company of the ANA Group that focuses on mileage services, travel business, and various other businesses and services, such as daily necessities within the living infrastructure. We aim to support people and society, enriching customers’ daily lives.

Since starting our business as the “new” ANA X in 2021, over the past four years, we have created services, such as ANA Pocket, ANA Mall, and ANA Pay, all revolving around the ANA Mileage Club app, where customers can earn and use miles in their daily lives. In the last fiscal year, we also launched a booking service for travel materials and have been working towards building a world where miles can be used for all kinds of products and services. Furthermore, we utilize the data from ANA Pocket to promote behavior changes towards “movement” that contribute to regional revitalization, eco-friendliness, and health.

This fiscal year, we will enhance our business and services, further strengthen our Mileage Program, focus on “travel,” and strive to improve the value of customer experience.

With the concept of making it easier to earn and redeem “miles,” all of us will continually work to enrich the lives of as many customers as possible, and to further develop our business and contribute to solving social issues with our business partners.
